We offer 55-minute classical mat pilates classes that take you through a flowing sequence of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to improve your overall strength, co-ordination, balance, endurance and control.
Classes are small, with a maximum of 8 people per class. Exercises are performed on raised, padded Peak Pilates mats to cushion your spine.
