GROUP MVe CHAIR
We launch something new to Stavanger with these challenging classes on the Peak Pilates MVe chairs. Chair work is fantastic for strengthening the core, stabilizing the pelvis and shoulder complex and toning the glutes and thighs. Maximum 8 to a class with exercises performed to music. Come and give it a try.
I try to keep it very low impact – I have scoliosis, so exercise can be really hard on my back, whether its too much running, jumping or boxing. Ill do these things once in a while, but I keep it mostly pilates, resistance band based, softer exercises that build strength from inside the muscle.
