Our group reformer room is equipped with Peak Pilates Total Workout Systems and we teach 55-minute classes that incorporate both classical reformer and tower work. We have purposely kept these group apparatus classes to a maximum of 3 people so that we can give you high levels of personal attention and encourage you to work deeper into your practice.
Express Reformer and Express Tower
Perfect for those with busy schedules, these 40-minute classes on both the Tower and the Reformer are taught at a more flowing pace ensuring that you get a full-body workout, just in a little less time!
55+ Group Reformer Class
We offer this class for those of fifty-five years and older. Taken at a slightly slower pace, we move through the classical Pilates series increasing both core and overall strength and mobility while placing a greater emphasis on changes such as stiffness in the hips, back and neck and a more challenged sense of balance.
I live for Pilates reformer class. I go at least three times a week. It’s a great way to lengthen your muscles, stretch, and kind of relax your mind.
