I am passionate about the holistic nature of yoga; it taps into all parts of the being — physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. For me yoga is a practice of self-discovery, inquiry into the body, and yielding to what is— so much to be uncovered from breath and movement!
HOW I GOT HERE:
* I have been teaching yoga for 7 years and practicing for over 20 years.
* RYT-200 certified in Integrative Yoga and Yin yoga.
* Over 400 hours of additional training in philosophy, breath, meditation, anatomy, and pelvic health.
* I am continuously adding to my training to offer relevant and informed classes.
