STAVANGER PILATES GOES ONLINE
From tomorrow we will be offering Online Pilates Classes. These will include classical mat, HIIT, pre-natal and post-natal classes, plus HIIT classes for kids. Please note that the post-natal class will be suitable to all those who normally attend restorative Pilates. We have been thinking about offering an additional online platform for a while and the pandemic has given us the decisive push!
HOW WILL IT WORK?
Every week we will download a classical mat class, a HIIT class and a pre- and post-natal class on to our YouTube channel. These will be live for ONE CALENDAR WEEK (Sunday 6pm). Once you have booked this class you will be able to watch it as many times as you like within this 7-day period.
We realize that everybody has a disrupted schedule and that many of you will be home-schooling and/or working from home. For this reason we have decided that instead of Live Streaming we will make the classes available to you at anytime during the week and to make them 30-minutes long. Whether its 6am or 10pm this gives you maximum flexibility to fit in your Pilates.
HOW DO I BOOK?
The classes will be available to book on MINDBODY under our Sunday schedule. The classes will be listed on the FINAL day that they are available. So the classes for this week will be listed on Sunday 22nd March. Once you have booked this class we will send you the YouTube link and you can take the class as many times as you like before it disappears at 6pm on Sunday. The classes for the following week will then appear on the schedule on the following Sunday.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The reason we have organized this through MINDBODY is to make it easier for you to pay through your current account. The one-time cost for these classes is 100 NOK.
While we encourage you to tell your friends and family about the online classes as these can be booked through a MINDBODY account and screened anywhere across the world, we would ask you please not share the link free of charge. We hope that these online offerings will help us survive these uncertain times. We place our trust in our community.

A mat or soft surface, a screen, 30 minutes and a mind and body ready to move.
